We are working on a new version of WaaS portal which will allow end-users to manage their websites, view a list of websites they have purchased, buy more etc.

Allow the selection of the datacentre location for staging sites created from within the WordPress plugin to speed up staging creation.

I noticed that when creating sites out of templates (which were created back when PHP 8.2 was the latest), cannot be upgraded to PHP 8.3 via InstaWP pannel. This works fine when new websites are created, but not for sites from templates. This would be an amazing enhancement/improvement that can save users a lot of work to recreate those old templates, and I really hope it's doable! Thankyou!

You will soon be able to share a single staging site, live site etc to a client or a collaborator.

In 2 way sync we have the list of pending and completed syncs. It would be nice and helpful to be able to remove/delete positions as well and maybe also the option to clear the whole list just so mistakes are not made and everything can be tidied up.

Currently, there is no way to update multiple plugins or themes for a single website at the same time. We have to update each plugin or themes individually. Or log in WP Admin and do it there, which defeats the purpose of a management too. This is standard functionality for all other WordPress website managers. On the plugins and theme pages, we should have the option to select multiple ones and: UpdateDisableRemove

It would be helpful to be able to either click on the column header or have a drop down or sort methods in the new dashboard of staging sites. The search is great, but sometimes it would be nice to order our sites alphabetically or by date, tag, etc.

Allow users to connect their plugin & theme license for 1-click activation on sites they are creating on InstaWP or migrating to a hosting provider.

Exporting static .zip for sites hosted on InstaWP.

It would be great if the website owner could disable all installed plugins. If any unexpected errors occur, this setting will assist users in recovering the website.

Simple brochure sites are primarily static, and don't need dynamic functions. Most of them require only a contact form, which can be taken care of by a third-party service. For these types of sites, an option to completely lock both the database and the file system would minimize maintenance and prevent security issues altogether, bringing complete peace of mind for clients and developers. Rocket.net implemented this feature recently, and it works well.

At the moment, the first admin user account seems to be used for Magic login after for staging sites. There should ideally be a dropdown to select which admin user account is to be used.

Provide option in wordpress plugin to let people make custom name instead of random name for their staging so it's more visual in instawp dashboard.

When you create a staging site from a live site, it is not possible to push the changes in files and/or database back to the live site (unless you use 2 way sync, which works on "content" level). We will create a functionality which will help push files and/or db (similar to WP Migrate) from and to staging sites live sites.
